At his practise Paz utilised mainly solution focused hypnosis and believes that the main focus should be on the construction of solutions rather than over analysing and dwelling on the problem or the past. Many issues only require one to three sessions. Complex or multiple issues may require four to eight sessions, but rarely ever exceed that.
